Hi! The girl with the green hair doesn't have a sex scene yet, but it's possible to get one with the pharmacist (You must have the power "negotiate" and change Gwendolyn's personality into an "item").
How the hell can i rate
You can rate the game by clicking on "rate this game". Strangely, when I'm on a smartphone, this option only appears when I hold the device horizontally (and not vertically)

If you search around a bit, you should easily find content that might appeal to you, there are thousands of nsfw games and many sites that are more flexible in their nsfw regulations. However, I think Itch io wants to avoid any problems
